SHIPPING POLICY

All orders in the United States are processed within 2-3 business days and typically take 3 days to arrive to our domestic customers. International delivery times vary due to customs.

USPS is the preferred method of shipping for domestic deliveries and DHL for international deliveries. We use the following Priority Mail flat rate options for domestic deliveries depending on the size and weight of the items purchased:

First class mail within the United States $5.00

Small flat rate box $8.50

Medium flat rate box $15.00

Large flat rate box $21.10

International deliveries will depend on specific countries. Please contact us via email for pricing.

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept monetary returns, however you can exchange your purchase for another item of equal or higher value with proof of purchase. Keep in mind that you are responsible for the difference in price if the exchanged product is of higher value.

The exchanged product must be received in the original condition and packaging. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs.

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your product. We will notify you via email upon receipt of the product. Only regular priced items can be exchanged.
